Targeted Care at Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic

We're pleased to announce that we've been selected as a participating site for the Defense Health Agency's new Targeted Care Pilot Program. Targeted Care matches individuals seeking care with the right support. Targeted Care allows providers to more efficiently use existing mental health resources to meet current demands. With Targeted Care, you will be connected to the most appropriate resource to support your needs. It will allow you to have the most effective course of care.

Examples of support include making an appointment with a Specialty Behavioral Health Care Provider or a Primary Care Behavioral Health Consultant. This support can also include connecting you to non-medical support such as Military and Family Life Counselors, chaplains, Military OneSource, etc.

Individuals who are vectored into Specialty Behavioral Health care may attend group therapy sessions to meet their needs. Individual therapy within Behavioral Health is also an option.

How it Works

 The Targeted Care Pilot will:

  • Increase access to care
