Patient Service Center
The Patient Service Center (PSC) in the Baumholder Army Health Clinic is located in Building 8741 on the 2nd floor in Rooms 205 through 211. The PSC provides a variety of services, including TRICARE enrollment and disenrollment, change of Primary Care Manager (PCM), outpatient and inpatient liaisons, medical translations, beneficiary counseling services, referral management and claims assistance.
