Initial Allergy Consult

All initial allergy consultations require referral by your primary care provider. Please allow 48-72 business hours for your referral to be processed, then schedule an appointment with the Allergy Clinic by calling DSN 590-2614 or 06371-9464-2614.

Note: You must have unexpired EpiPen on hand to receive AIT injections. KAHC does not provide allergy injections for children and does not provide VIT (Venom Immunotherapy)
