The TRICARE Service Center (TSC) has limited face-to-face customer service until further notice to implement social distancing measures to protect both staff and beneficiaries due to COVID-19.
All services are available telephonically or "virtually" during TSC operating hours by calling the listed appointment line phone number (CIV: 06371-9464-3000) or (DSN: 314-590-3000) and following the voice prompts OR calling International-SOS 24/7 at 0800-589-1599 (overseas from Germany) or 1-877-678-1207 (stateside).
