Services:
The Physical Therapy Department provides post-op and outpatient services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. We expertly treat all sport, joint, muscle, and ligament injuries. Possible to be seen with referral or self-referral.
Musculoskeletal Sick call: ***Currently suspended due to staffing starting August 1, 2024*** 72-HOUR ACUTE INJURIES Monday through Friday 0730-0830

Available for the following patient categories in order of priority pending clinic access:
1) All Active Duty
2) Active Duty family members - please see your PCM for a referral
3) Retirees- please see your PCM for a referral
4) Retiree family members.-please see your PCM for a referral
5) No Space-A at this time.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 minutes early and sign-in at the kiosk before being called to the front desk.
IDENTIFICATION: ALL patients MUST have their DOD ID to receive care
CLOTHING: Please wear comfortable clothing/ PT or Gym clothes are recommended
CHILDREN/FAMILY: Due to safety and privacy policies, only patients with appointments are allowed in the treatment area. Legal guardians must accompany patients 18 and under. Children are not permitted to sit in the waiting area alone.
Cancellation: Cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to allow others in the community to utilize the slot
LATE ARRIVAL/NO-SHOW: ARRIVAL: 10 minutes after appointment may result in a no-show. If you call the clinic after your appointment time to cancel it is considered a no-show. If you no-show 3 appointments you treatment plan will be terminated and you will need to return to your Physical Therapist for consultation.
