Patient Liaison Services
Effective April 26, 2022, due to construction in BLDG 2211; Patient Liaison Services have temporarily moved to the 2nd Floor of BLDG 2300 (the Main Clinic). If in need of a Patient Liaison report to the 2nd floor of the main clinic, pull a ticket from the kiosk and wait in the Optometry waiting room.
NOTE: Patient liaisons are available to help patients in emergency and inpatient situations.
They can assist with verbal translations and will visit patients each day they’re in the hospital. Patient liaisons are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In emergency situations, it's especially important to call so they can report to the clinic and potentially the chain of command that you’re being treated in a Host Nation hospital.
HNPLs during duty hours: DSN 590-1606 CIV 06371-9464-1606
During and after duty hours: Call the MP Office at CIV 0711-680-5261/5262. Same applies if an incident should occur on the installation.
Remember: A medical emergency is anything that threatens life, limb or eyesight. If you have a medical emergency go immediately to your nearest emergency room or call an ambulance. Dial 112 for ambulance services.
