Medical Readiness and Military Medicine
Services
Service Members can email their readiness requirements to
usarmy.bavaria.medcom-bhc.mesg.ahc-stuttgart-mrc@health.mil. Readiness Requirements can include: Travel, SHPE, Flight, and Accession packets, as well as routine service-specific medical readiness requirements (including Periodic Health Assessment Phase II, hearing, HIV, immunizations, and vision screens). Within 48-hours of email receipt, a member of our readiness team will validate the requested requirement, pre-order required services (i.e., labs, X-Rays), then contact the Service Member to request windows of availability for any required immunization and/or face-to-face provider appointments, after which time the team will schedule the needed appointments.
Access to care
Annual PHAs are scheduled through Central Appointments. All other Medical Readiness services are handled on a walk-in basis during normal working hours.
Please Note
The Medical Readiness and Audiogram Departments are closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Aviation Medicine
Services
Physical Examinations, Aviation-related health issues, and general medical care for all personnel on flight status
Access to care
Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Aviators can receive all services by calling Central Appointments.
Air Force Aviators who need to be seen for general medical care and Aviation-related issues can also call Central Appointments.
Due to new diagnostic requirements, Air Force Aviators requiring a Physical Examination must call Ramstein Air Base.
Air Force Periodic Health Assessments (PHA)
Stuttgart Army Health Clinic is no longer scheduling Air Force Members PHAs at our clinic due to an update to the AF operating policy, Air Force Service Members must coordinate their PHA/MHA/AFP with Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC). To schedule an Air Force Service Members should follow the prompt below as appropriate:
Non-Fly Geographically Separated Unit (GSU) Service Members:
1. Complete the Preventative Health Assessment Questionnaire (PHAQ) online at:
https://asimsimr.health.mil/imr/myimr.aspx
2. Call DSN (314) 479-2273- Select Option 1 then Option 1 again to schedule a PHA.
Flyers and Fly Geographically Separated Unit (GSU) Service Members:
1. Complete the Preventative Health Assessment Questionnaire (PHAQ) online at:
https://asimsimr.health.mil/imr/myimr.aspx
2. Call DSN (314) 479-2273- Select Option 1, Option 2, then Option 1 again to select Flight Medicine.
3. Ask to Book an Audiology Appointment and Annual Flight Physical (AFP)
