Audiology-Hearing Conservation
The Audiology Clinic provides outpatient hearing health care that includes the diagnostic evaluation and nonmedical remediation of hearing disorders. All patients eligible for care are referred by their Primary Care Manager.
The Hearing Conservation Clinic is located in Bldg. 1121 at Camp Aachen, and offers annual hearing readiness, enlistment, and employment exams. Units requiring mass testing must coordinate date/times with the Hearing Conservation Clinic ahead of time.
Appointments can be made by calling the
Grafenwoehr Appointment Line at DSN: 314-590-3000 or CIV: 06371-9464-3000 or in person at USAHC Grafenwoehr. Units requesting mass testing should email
usarmy.bavaria.medcom-bhc.list.grafenwoehr-ops@health.mil at least 30-60 days in advance to coordinate date and time.
- Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday (closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m., on training holidays, federal holidays, 1st and 3rd Thursday afternoons).

Please do not book an individual hearing test as part of a unit designated SRP, instead contact the Audiology group email to request to be scheduled into a group SRP hearing test at:

What Should I Bring?
