U.S. Army Health Clinic Baumholder

U.S. Army Health Clinic Baumholder provides quality ambulatory care for Soldiers and their Families while coordinating and facilitating inpatient and specialty care with our host nation and DoD partners. The clinic offers comprehensive medical care to all eligible health care beneficiaries. Priority is given to active-duty Soldiers and TRICARE Prime enrollees.

Authorized medical care includes, but is not limited to, acute and chronic care of pediatric and adult patients, physical examinations, health-related career screening and immunizations, non-operative gynecological diagnosis and treatment, minor surgical procedures and surgical follow-up and newborn care. Baumholder Army Health Clinic also provides specialty care services to include behavioral medicine, pharmacy, optometry, radiology and physical therapy.

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, This Army Health Clinic, in coordination with the Military Health System, is voluntarily making several quality and safety measures public. For U.S. civilian healthcare systems, participation is voluntary. Therefore you might not be able to find the same measures published by some state-side facilities.

To further transparency and patient engagement, the Military Health System provides prescribed aggregate statistical information concerning patient safety, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and health outcomes for health care provided under the TRICARE program at military treatment facilities.
