Audiology-Hearing Conservation

The hearing booths are only for Hearing Conservation (Active Duty Service Members, Enlistees, and New Hires- Pre-Employment).

These personnel can call DSN: (314) 590-1604 or CIV: 06371-9464-1604 or the Appointment Line DSN 314-590-2900 CIV 06371-9464-2900 to make an appointment or message the Medical Readiness staff via the MHS Genesis Patient Portal.  Send a secure message to “Stuttgart Military Medical Readiness” In the message, please provide requested service(s), Service Branch, current status (Compo 1, 2, 3/Active, Guard, Reserve, new hire), and a good contact number/email for duty hours. Please allow 48/72 hours for a response.

If other TRICARE Prime Beneficiaries want a hearing test, they need to see their Primary Care Manager (PCM) first and they will determine if a hearing test is needed and document the requirement in their encounter note. Once that is complete, then they may schedule an appointment by calling or emailing Medical Readiness.
