Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

Military Families with a special needs Family member, also known as an Exceptional Family Member (EFM), often require additional help in meeting the EFM’s needs.  To support Families with special needs, the Army created the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) in the early 1980’s.
For more information, please visit the AMEDD EFMP website

Army Service Members

To initiate an EFMP update, enrollment, PCS (Travel Case), or Command Sponsorship: Register on the Enterprise – EFMP website: https://efmp.army.mil/EnterpriseEfmp/ (Use Google Chrome)

To login to the EFMP Website, you will need to create a DS Logon. To create a DS Logon- visit the following link to create one:  https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/registration.do?execution=e1s1 (Ensure your information on milConnect is updated)
