Primary Care Clinic
An appointment is required prior to coming to the clinic.
Please call Central Appointments at the number listed to book or cancel an appointment. Central Appointments: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays.
We DO NOT offer sick call/urgent care or emergency services.
Appointments may also be made on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
Nurse hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m., for our empaneled patients being seen for the following reasons:
- Suture removal (must have a slip from the provider who put in the sutures)
- Pregnancy confirmation testing (age 18-65)
- Cold Symptoms/Sore throat (age 6-65)- with symptoms beginning in the last 3 days
- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing
- Urinary Tract Infection (UTI): females only age 18-65
- 3-5 day blood pressure checks
- Depo-Provera and vitamin B-12 Injections
Travel Screening (Africa)
Instructions: To schedule travel screening for military or official travel to Africa only, please send a message through the MHSG patient portal to the “Stuttgart Travel Screening” box on Genesis. Please download and complete all forms linked below. In your appointment request please include location for travel, number of days , and completed forms added as an attachment.
For all GS employees not empaneled to AHC Stuttgart, please contact Medical Records/PAD. You will need to provide your immunization record and most recent physical from PCM. Our staff will process all request in five working days and respond to schedule next steps accordingly. For travel screenings outside of military / official travel to Africa, please schedule with your primary care provider.
Note: Only for Military or GS employees on official travel to Africa.
