Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy department offers musculoskeletal and neurological outpatient rehabilitation to all DoD beneficiaries. PT also performs several prevention and community outreach initiatives in support of physical fitness, injury prevention, exercise prescription, and weight loss/management. Patients are referred for physical therapy services by their primary care providers if appropriate.
