Pharmacy Services

The Pharmacy will fill new prescriptions written by a United States licensed Primary Care Provider and may fill prescriptions from Host Nation providers that are in our Tricare preferred provider network and are written according to US laws and Army regulations.

**All refills must be called in at least two business days prior to pickup.** You are allowed and encouraged to call in your refills up to 7-days prior to running out.

All prescription transfers from United States require at least 1 working day, but based on the workload and product availability may take up to 4 weeks. Please come to the pharmacy 1-2 weeks prior to running out of your medication to assure your prescription will be ready on time.

NOTE: Medication must be on the European formulary to be filled at this pharmacy. If medication is not on the formulary you must see a provider.
