Kelley Health Clinic Annex

The Kelley Clinic is available for use by all eligible beneficiaries of the Stuttgart Community. The clinic will provide primary care services with routine and acute appointments available.

Beneficiaries will be provided the opportunity to enroll with the providing physician as their Primary Care Manager (PCM). Please ask the front desk for assistance.

A Health Technician is on-site to provide assistance with off-post referrals and authorizations as well as provide assistance with scheduling appointments.
