Q: What is Q-Anywhere?
A: It's a remote queuing system for NEW prescriptions that allows you to virtually "get in line" at the pharmacy without actually being there. You can use this service from anywhere (home, store, etc.). 

Q: Can I request refills using Q-Anywhere?
A: No. It's only for NEW prescriptions which are electronically entered by your provider.

Q: How can I get my prescriptions if I can't use a cell phone?
A: Q-Anywhere is just one option for new prescriptions. You can still get new prescriptions by visiting the pharmacy in person.

The most important step is to let our staff know you are here in the clinic by selecting “I am here” button on your phone at (or after) your pickup time.
