Primary Care
Overview:
A center for world class primary care services to Soldiers and their families, and to the military community supporting them.
Scope of Service:
- Routine preventative care for pediatrics, adults, and seniors to include annual physicals, preventative medicine visits, well woman exams, well child exams, routine contraceptive management, pre-conception, and post-partum care.
- Acute care for non-life-threatening conditions such as migraines, earaches, upper respiratory infections, musculoskeletal injuries.
- Maintenance of chronic medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, depression, obesity, hypertension.
- Readiness medical care for active-duty soldiers including retirement, separation, PHAs, pre and post Deployment care, and school physicals.
- Procedures including skin biopsies, mole and wart removal, male infant circumcision, joint injections, EKGs, and contraceptive management including IUDs and Nexplanon insertion and removal.
Eligible Beneficiaries:
Tricare Prime beneficiaries will be assigned a PCM and are eligible to be seen for any primary care needs.
Tricare Select beneficiaries will be seen on a space available basis for acute issues only.
Other Health Insurance (OHI) with U.S Citizenship are eligible for primary care services from 0-6 months of life.
Tricare Plus beneficiaries currently assigned a PCM will maintain primary care benefits within the clinic. This program closed in 2019 and is not eligible for new members. If Tricare Plus members move Tricare coverage to a new region, they will not be re-instated into the Plus Program and must find a PCM on the economy upon return. Patients must be seen regularly to maintain their Plus benefit eligibility. Plus, enrollments are not transferrable to other clinics or locations within the Tricare Region.
Tricare Retiree beneficiaries will be seen on a space available basis for acute issues only.

Clinic Specific Information:
Please note the clinic does not have the ability to care for acute life-threatening conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, possible fractures, acute difficulty breathing, or pregnancy concerns such as bleeding or decreased fetal movement. Please visit the nearest Emergency Room for evaluation and management of these conditions.
