About

Following DOD and CDC guidelines, Kleber Army Health Clinic gives required vaccines to:
  • Active duty service members
  • Children and infants at well-child checks
  • Adults who need routine vaccines
We give immunizations and tuberculosis skin tests (PPD) on a walk-in basis.

Immunizations Available

  • Diphtheria/Pertussis/Tetanus (DPT)
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Hib Td
  • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
  • Meningococcal
  • Poliovirus

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td)
  • Typhoid
  • Varicella
  • Yellow Fever

You can get the flu vaccine in the clinic after we finish the annual flu drive until the vaccine supply runs out or the vaccines expire.

Additional Information

  • Patients should stay at the clinic for 15 minutes after their immunization so we can check for reactions.
  • Kleber Clinic doesn’t give vaccines for leisure travel.
  • To get immunizations on a walk-in basis, children must have seen their primary care manager for a well-child visit in the last three months. Children can’t receive vaccines before the visit or age requirement.
  • We need to check tuberculosis tests (PPD) within 48 to 72 hours of placement. Because of this, we don’t test for tuberculosis on Thursdays, Fridays before a Monday holiday, or when the clinic schedule conflicts with the reading timeframe. Contact the Kleber Nursing Department with questions.
