Services Provided:

1. Disease Surveillance, Control, and Education: We monitor trends for infectious diseases and provides prevention education and health maintenance counseling if needed.
2. Travel Clinic: Traveling for business less than 30 days or for pleasure, you need to come and see us in this clinic for your health risk information and immunization requirements.
3. Health Promotion Counseling: Nutrition, weight control, cholesterol control, stress management, and exercise. We can provide you basic nutrition education and connect you to a dietician if needed. Proper exercise and stress management information/ education as needed.
4. Pre and Post Deployment Processing: If you are an American Military Personnel and you are deploying for 30 days or more to any countries outside America, you need to come and see us for processing and health risks information about the countries that you will be visiting for this period.
5. STD and HIV/AIDS Program: We teach classes for all interested groups and mandatory training for the active duty population.
6. Tuberculosis Program: Conducts TB surveillance, education, and treatment management for those who are infected.
7. Child and Youth Services Health inspections: Provides Child and Youth Services consultations to ensure that the facilities are safe and following the Army Regulations; providers and children meets the health and training requirements to ensure that they are disease free and could not transmit any infectious diseases to your children.
8. Self Care Program: Provides education on how to take care of yourself to promote healthy living and life style. The class allows you to order “over the counter” medications without seeing a physician.
9. Environmental Health Services: Provides water and food safety inspections and training; hygiene and sanitation inspections for all beauty and barber shop at SHAPE and USAG BENELUX area to keep you healthy and prevent disease transmission.
