TRICARE Beneficiary Services

Overview:

Vicenza Tricare Office is located within Vicenza Health Clinic to assist with all things Tricare. The TRICARE office is dedicated to providing the most up to date information about the local network and assist Active-Duty Personnel and their Families with using overseas health services.

Scope of Service:

Tricare PRIME enrollments for qualified, Command Sponsored Dependents as well as Active-Duty Service Members
·         Eligibility and Reimbursement Information
·         Pre-Separation and Pre-Retirement Benefits Consultations
·         Network Provider Resources 

Eligible Beneficiaries:

All Tricare Recipients assigned to Vicenza Installation. TRICARE REMOTE patients may utilize the walk-in hours or telephone for additional support needs.

How to Schedule an Appointment:

Tricare Beneficiaries can walk-in Wednesday & Friday mornings from 0800-1145 on a first come, first serve basis. If these times do not work, we are available by phone and email for alternate scheduling requests. 

Clinic Specific Information: 

All network referrals requests are handled through our Referral Management Office. Please contact them directly at +39-0444-61-9060 (civ) or 314-636-9060 (DSN). Eligibility and Benefit awards are provided directly by the Seven Uniformed Services and can be updated directly with the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).
