Patient Liaison Services

Admission of beneficiaries (active duty service and family members enrolled in TRICARE Prime, retirees empaneled to a health clinic in Germany) in the Army Health Clinic Grafenwoehr area will be tracked and visited by the bilingual inpatient liaison. TRICARE Plus only covers services rendered in-house at the military treatment facility, but no benefits are offered on the host nation economy. To reach the inpatient liaison at Grafenwöhr during regular hours (Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.), please call DSN 590-3026/3022 (commercial 06371-9464-3026/3022). After hours, the Patient Liaison can be contacted for in-patient emergencies for beneficiaries empaneled at USAHC Grafenwoehr by calling DSN 590-3040 (commercial 06371-9464-3040). Following recorded instructions, the call will be forwarded to the on-call mobile phone.
