U.S. Army Health Clinic Kaiserslautern

Located on Kleber Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, U.S. Army Health Clinic Kaiserslautern is a Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) providing essential primary care and Soldier readiness services for nearly 4,000 active-duty service members and eligible family members. The staff is committed to providing the best quality medical care possible to patients in a caring, family-like atmosphere. Services available for Soldier Readiness include:  HIV testing, lab services, vision and hearing screening, immunizations, physicals, and PHAs. Additionally, preventive health exams such as well-child, well-woman, annual physicals, and immunizations are also available. The clinic also offers radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services for its patients. For services not offered, patients are referred to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center or a Host-Nation Provider.

COVID-19 Vaccine

The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness.

FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines are currently available to all U.S. citizens and residents. Visit the CDC website for more information.

COVID ADVICE LINE

If you have questions about the coronavirus, please call our COVID-19 Advice Line at DSN 314-590-5818 or CIV 06371-9464-5818. The line is staffed by LRMC personnel Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m to answer your questions. If you call after hours, you can stay on the line to be transferred to the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line.

Prior to entering Kleber Army Health Clinic, every individual is asked to conduct a self-screening with the list of questions displayed at the entrance pertaining to risk of exposure/symptoms of COVID-19. If you have any of the indicated symptoms, please proceed to LMRC COVID Screening Clinic or any German testing facility to be tested. Once tested AND results are received, you may schedule or proceed with your scheduled appointment, pending negative result (copy/picture of result is needed).

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, This Army Health Clinic, in coordination with the Military Health System, is voluntarily making several quality and safety measures public. For U.S. civilian healthcare systems, participation is voluntary. Therefore you might not be able to find the same measures published by some state-side facilities.
