CYS / Sports Physicals can be conducted via an appointment with the child’s PCM throughout the year. CYS / Sports Physicals are valid for one year.
As the need of the community arises the Grafenwoehr Health Clinic will host a CYS / Sports Physicals rodeo. These dates and times will be announced via website and social media.
